Obviously we took a break from working on this thing over winter break. Needed some time to chill out, see the fam. All the stuff the government WANTS you to do.

But when we returned, there was no delay getting right back into things.

That being said we lost both our artists... we don't know where they went but we already contacted authorities and hopefully they're ok. 

BUT

WE GOT SOME OTHER GROUPS ARTISTS TO MAKE AN AWESOME AWESOME MAIN CHARACTER

fanboying super hard, its exactly what we wanted, and this other groups artist is still working on their other teams game so i cant project manager my way into having ALL OF THESE CHARACTERS CREATED but even so im very very glad we got to see the ideas properly conveyed.

anyway. made a bunch of weekly sprints in our Jira board and our programmers have been messing around with the walking and talking mechanics. were getting the barebones of our game ready so we can start the grind.

Speaking of, myself and another team member have been coming up with ideas and news stories for the kids which is definitely the most fun I've had working on a game in a long time. Who knew making barks could be so interesting. 

But that's all for week one of Puddle Jumpers Pre Production!
